What makes Fordham special? Its faculty and students? Its attention to individuals? Its international reputation and network? Its location here in New York at the world’s crossroads? It may intrigue you to know that Fordham University has long understood its primary distinctive mark to be its Catholic and Jesuit identity. To help the members of the Fordham family to continue to live out that identity is the essential work of Fordham’s Office of University Mission and Ministry, which is comprised of four main offices:
• Campus Ministry
• The Dorothy Day Center for Service and Justice
• The Global Outreach program
• The Fordham Center on Religion and Culture.
Our ardent desire is that through our common worship, outreach to others, service-learning programs, and ongoing conversations we will advance together with a deeper sense of vision and purpose as men and women for others!
