Conference Housing Request Form

To secure a housing reservation, fill out and submit online the following Form; you may also print out the Form and fax it to us at 718-817-3987. We will contact you via email within 3-5 days to let you know if Housing is available, in which case we will send you the URL of the Housing Registration site and a Housing Notification code so that you may register and pay online. You will have one week from notification of housing availability to register and pay for housing; thereafter, the housing will be placed back into the pool of available rooms. If all housing has been reserved by the time you register, you will be informed and your name will be placed on the waiting list, if you so indicate.

Housing Preferences

Enter your name and the name of your room-mate, who must also pre-register for housing (here, or on a separate Conference Housing Registration form). Room-mates do not need to pay the Congress registration fee unless they wish to attend conference sessions or receptions. If you are registering for a single room, just leave the Room-mate sections blank. Note that we are unable to help you find a room-mate.
