| Conference Housing |
Conference participants who need housing can either book a hotel room in Manhattan (there is a shuttle service costing $2 that runs between Fordham’s Lincoln Center campus in Manhattan and the Rose Hill campus in the Bronx, where the conference will take place) or they can reserve a single or double room at O’Hare Residence Hall (site of the conference); the Residence Hall rooms are limited in number, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
In order to reserve a room, you must fill out the Conference Housing Request Form. Once we have received this request and verified the availability of rooms, we will confirm your housing via email and send you the URL of the housing registration web site, where you will be able to register and pay for housing online. Make sure that you register and pay for Housing within a week of receiving this confirmation, since any rooms unpaid for after June 1, 2007 will be offered to those on the waiting list. Payment by check (American funds only) with a mail-in form is also available; simply print out the Conference Housing Registration Form that you receive once we notify you of housing availability, fill it in, and mail it with a check for the proper amount to Center for Medieval Studies, Fordham University, Bronx, NY 10458. If you pay by check, please send a separate check for the housing charges. Housing Registration closed on Monday, June 11: thereafter it will not be possible to book Residence Hall housing on campus. | ·Home ·General Information ·Conference Program ·Registration ·Travel Information ·Conference Housing ·Acknowledgements |
