This advanced philosophy seminar focuses on topics in the philosophy of religion, focusing on the human hunger for an experience of the Transcendent, considered in its classical and contemporary, Eastern and Western forms.  We will undertake a reflective analysis of the differing expressions of these experiences, and consider the relevance of such experiences for the individual's life.
