On behalf of the University’s community of nearly 175,000 living alumni, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the Fordham family! The Office of Alumni Relations endeavors to strengthen the bonds between the University and its alumni by celebrating the uniqueness of the Fordham experience and fostering Fordham pride.
Alumni Relations works to develop programs, events and services that advance the mission of the University and enrich the lives of Fordham’s alumni and students. Below are several exciting opportunities for students to become involved with the Office of Alumni Relations.
Work at Homecoming, Commencement, Jubilee Weekend and the FCLC Reunion
The Office of Alumni Relations recruits dedicated and energetic students to aid in the coordination of fun-filled events for Fordham alumni, families and friends. Jobs include greeting and directing alumni as they arrive on campus, assisting with check-in and registration, distributing special giveaways to students and alumni and much more! Students will be paid for working each of these events. Also, staffing or participating in Homecoming, Commencement, Jubilee Weekend and the FCLC Reunion will give students the opportunity to meet many Fordham alumni and friends.

Participate in the Fordham Mentoring Program
The Fordham Mentoring Program, co-sponsored by the Office of Career Services, provides students with the opportunity to establish a professional connection with alumni. The program pairs students with alumni who share their experience and provide career guidance. Students participating in this program gain professional insight and understanding through job shadowing, one-on-one interaction with mentors, resume reviews and by attending professional and social networking receptions.
For more information, or to apply, please contact the Office of Career Services at (718) 817-4350 or email mentor@fordham.edu. You may also visit www.fordham.edu/mentor.
