The University Post Office is a fully functioning Post Office which provides the Fordham community the services to purchase stamps, money orders, envelopes, boxes, and domestic and international mail, express mail, priority mail, certified and registered mail services. Primarily the Post Office receives all inter-office and inter-campus mail as well as parcels from the major carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and others. It is located in the basement of McGinley Hall across from the Ramskeller.
The mail is received every morning; it is sorted for students and departments then placed in the P.O. Boxes and delivered in a timely manner according to volume and time received. Residential Life updates the student lists on a weekly basis.
Hours of operation:

Monday – Friday Monday – Friday and Saturdays
10:30am – 2:30pm 8:00am – 3:00pm 7:00am – 2:00pm
On these holidays the SALES WINDOW will close and only the PACKAGE PICK-UP WINDOW will open:
Martin L. King Jr., Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, the day before Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Break.
On the following holidays the Post office will be closed:
New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

All packages will be processed electronically via tracking label; students will be notified via email and Yellow Card in their P.O. Boxes. Students must present notification and official Fordham ID to claim and sign-out their packages, otherwise packages will not be delivered.
