Diversity Peer Leaders Program

The Diversity Peer Leader (DPL) program is a joint-campus leadership opportunity for students designed to enhance and increase their knowledge and awareness on the many facets of diversity and social justice, and their impact on the Fordham community and beyond. These students are trained to engage the community in dialogue around a variety of topics on social justice and issues of oppression intended to encourage intercultural communication and exchange.

Diversity Peer Leaders are trained to facilitate community dialogues intended to encourage intercultural communication and exchange. DPL's will also explore the many ways in which the University's mission supports intentional reflection and authentic exchange around the fundamental tenets of diversity and social justice education
