H.E.O.P. - the Higher Education Opportunity Program - funded by New York State, provides academic advising, financial aid, counseling, tutorial, and other services to carefully select economically and academically disadvantaged students. Applicants must be residents of New York State, possess a high school diploma and/or an equivalent, and show potential for success in college.
