| Q. What should I bring now that I know I'll be living in McMahon Hall? |
A. For safety and security reasons, the following items are not allowed in Fordham's residence halls:
- Anything with an open heating element
- Hot Plates
- Halogen Lamps
- Indoor Grills
- Space Heaters
- Air Conditioners
- Refrigerators (we provide you a full refrigerator)
- Adapters that allow many items to be plugged into an outlet at the same time (please use UL approved extension cords with surge protectors)
- Candles
- Incense
- Pets
- Dartboards

| Q. Are there any athletic facilities nearby? |
| A. Actually, Fordham has one full size basketball court, a workout gym, and two full size tennis courts right on campus! |

| Q. Who will be cleaning my suite all semester? |
| A. You will! Fordham will provide cleaning at the beginning and end of the year, but throughout the year, you are responsible for keeping your suite clean. Of course, any facilities needs will be taken care of in a timely manner. |

| Q. Are there any lounges in McMahon Hall? |
| A. Of course, we have two recreation lounges on the second floor, a study lounge on the fifth floor, a social lounge on the eighth floor and study lounges on the fourteenth floor and the seventeenth floor. |

| Q. What about my laundry? |
| A. Excellent question! Fordham is very proud to continue to provide laundry facilities free of charge for all McMahon Hall residents. |
