| How am I billed for Graduate Housing? |
| The bill for Graduate Housing appears on your bursar account along with other university costs such as tuition and fees. |

| How much is rent and when is it due? |
| Rent is listed on the apartment information pages. Click here for studio information and click here for one bedroom information. Rent for the entire semester is due at the beginning of the semester. |

| Can I pay month to month or set up another payment plan? |
| All payments are handled by Enrollment Services. For their website, click here. Generally, payment in full is due at the beginning to the semester. |

| How much do utilities cost? |
Heat and water are paid for by the building. Electricity and any fees are charged directly to the resident by the utility company. For most residents this comes to about $50 dollars a month (more during the summer, less during the winter). This is an estimate from current residents, your own prices will vary with use and any additional fees.

| How much is cable, phone, and internet? |
| Most residents choose to get their service from Time Warner. For new subscribers the cost is usually around one hundred dollars for all three services for the first year. More specific infornation is provided to applicants once accepted. |

| What other costs can be incurred? |
Fines can occur for a variety of reasons which are specified in the policy information given out to every resident.
