| What happens if something breaks? |
| The super will make repairs to apartments as needed. In rare serious situations the Graduate Housing Manager will work with the super to insure resident's needs are addressed. |

| What will the super not repair? |
The super does not clean apartments or make decorative changes on requests. Decorative changes include installing/removing carpet, changing wall covers, changing flooring, ect. These changes are typically also against the resident agreement.

| What additional services does Wilshire Plaza provide? |
The Graduate Housing Manager, who lives in the buildings, provides a number of services to helping students transition into Manattan life to billing. The Graduate Housing Manager puts together events once a month to help created community within the bulidings. On the LC campus (about 4 blocks away) there is a gym and tennis courts for residents to use. Finally, an on site laundry room is available to all residents.
