Studio Apartments
Studio apartment layouts are shown below. Occupancy periods generally run for the academic year (Mid August - Mid May) with options for summer and succeeding years, relative to the individual student's enrollment status. Apartment cosmetics can vary.
Price (2009-2010)
$17,000 for the academic year. $8,500 per semester is charged to your university account in the fall and again in the spring. December is included if staying in housing for the spring semester. Summer housing is available as well, pricing is announced in early spring.
Facilities
The majority of these apartments are unfurnished. There are a very small number of units which come with a bed, tv, and tv stand. Priority on these units go to international students. All units include kitchens that are equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven.
Utility
Approximate cost is $50/month, one-time phone setup $75, and cable TV $35/month.
Size
Studios are approximately 310 square feet.
