Important Information Regarding Summer 2013 Work In McMahon Hall:
Please note that particular apartments will be unavailable for the summer. This means that if your Spring 2013 housing assignment is your Fall 2013 housing assignment, you may not be able to stay in your apartment during the Summer 2013 term (if you apply for summer housing). You will be placed in an alternate housing assignment for the summer. Floors 2-8 will be closed for the Summer 2013 term. Any apartment that is not a 3-person apartment on floors 13-17 will be unavailable. Additional floors or apartments may be added to the list of unavailable apartments.
Important Reminder: If you are moving internally for Summer Session I, you must be available and ready to move when you are assigned an internal move date. We have to clean apartments as students move out and prepare for summer check-in. Also, if you are not in your Fall 2013 assignment for Intersession, you must be available and ready to move internally on your assigned date. Please keep this in mind when making vacation plans as our apartment turn-over rate is very strict.
