Welcome New Students!
Once you have been accepted to Fordham, offered housing by the Office of Admission and submitted your deposits, your next step is to submit a Housing Application Card. We plan to mail the brochure containing the card in early June. If you submit your deposit prior to the May 1st deadline, but do not receive the housing mailing by June 30th, please contact the Office of Residential Life at (212) 636-7100.
After you receive the brochure, please fill out the Housing Application Card (RL-100) located on the inside back cover. Complete all sections that apply to you. Most importantly, your signature must appear on the card. Failure to provide your signature will prevent you from receiving a Housing Assignment Confirmation. Your signature denotes that you have read the Residence Hall Agreement and you will abide by all rules and regulations stated in the Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian co-sign the RL-100 card.
Please complete, sign and return the Housing Application Card to the Office of Residential Life within seven days of receipt. Housing will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once the RL-100 card has been received.
