Incoming Freshman Residents:
NOT eligible to arrive to campus earlier than Sunday, August 26th. Incoming Freshmen will receive a mailing in August regarding move in details.

Upperclassman Residents:
Opening Day: Monday, August 27th.
Deadline to Submit Early Arrival Request: August 1.
Charge: $25 per day for every day prior to August 27th.
Please note: Students who request to arrive on Sunday, August 26th will not be permitted on campus prior to 5pm due to Freshman Move-In Day.

In a Club, Athletic Team or Organization that requires early arrival?:
Do NOT submit this form! Students belonging to an on-campus organization or club that requires a move-in date prior to August 27th must contact their organization or club advisor/supervisor to confirm their approval for arriving early. Students will not be permitted to arrive earlier than the date specified by their club or organization. Student athletes that have been instructed to arrive prior to August 27th must contact their coach to confirm their early arrival approval.

Graduate Students:
If you are a graduate student, you may move in 1 day prior to the start date of your orientation program. You will need to complete the form below and will be charged $25 per day for arriving early

You will receive a confirmation email from the Office of Residential Life to confirm that your request was received. The Office of Residential Life will then contact you via the email address provided above with more information in reference to the status of your request. IF YOUR EARLY ARRIVAL REQUEST IS APPROVED, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HAVE GUESTS UNTIL AFTER OPENING DAY.
