Winter Online Break-Stay Request Form

All residence halls except Belmont Community Housing, Campbell Hall and Salice Conley Hall close for the duration of winter break on December 21st at noon.

Walsh Hall reopens on January 2nd at 10am. All other residence halls reopen on January 13th at 10am. Locks to these buildings will be changed from Dec 21st – Jan 13th. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly!

Students who would like to make arrangements to stay during the break, must fill out this online breakstay form before the 20th of December. They must be approved by their RD to stay. Hosts must be present at all times to accompany their guests while in the building.

Residents who need to stay during the break, must make arrangements to stay with students in Walsh Hall, Campbell Hall, Salice Conley Hall or Belmont Community Housing based on the dates that each hall is open. All other residence halls reopen Sunday Jan 13th at 10am. There are no early arrivals permitted!

Residents who have not been approved for break stay must leave the residence halls 24 hours after their last final exam – residents must let RA know when they are leaving as well as sign the "We Are Out of Here" form on their door once they leave in December

Any resident who stays in the residence hall after 24 hours after their final exam and who has not received RD permission to do so will be charged $25.00/hour that they stay
