Of The Months (OTMs)
One of the programs that RHA has brought to the Office of Residential Life is Of The
Months (OTMs). This program will enable RHA to recognize the quality of our residence
hall programming, events and those working to make residence hall
programming dynamic and innovative!
Any RHA member, RA or RD can nominate another RHA member, RA, RD, Program or
Residence Hall. RHA will award OTMs within the Office of Residential Life after the OTM
Committee evaluates the submitted proposals. Our national affiliate has set forth a
group of categories for which they judge programs geared toward:
- Community Service
- Diversity
- Socialization
- Educational
OTMs are due at the end of each month and can be submitted to the Residence Hall Association's
Office in McGinley Center- Suite 201 or in the RHA mailbox in the Office of Residential Life.
