2007

  • Ranked 10th among 44 teams and 2nd among 34 club team in MAISA
  • Finished 5th among all teams and 1st among all club teams at MAISA Women's Fall Championship, and 3rd among all club teams at the Atlantic Coast Women's Championship
  • Won MAISA Club Teams' Championship
  • Participated in 46 regattas including 13 Intersectional competitions
  • In addition to the Club Teams' Championship, won six other events: Spring Central #2 at UMBC; Greater New York Area Dinghy Regatta at City Island; Spirit Rider Regatta, an offshore competition in the Atlantic Ocean; McCurdy Open at Delaware; Hampton Bay Days Regatta at Hampton, and the Rams-Lions Big Apple Classic at City Island

  • 2006 - Won the Jesuit School Intersectional for the first time since 1971
  • 2006 - Finished 5th at the MAISA Women's Fall Championship and was ranked among the top 18 Women's teams nationally
  • 2006 - Won the Hampton Bay Days Regatta
  • 2006 & 2003 - Won the MAISA Club Teams' Championship
  • 2005 - Won Philly Fleet Race Regatta
  • 2005 & 2004 - Won the Greater New York Area Dinghy Regatta
  • 2005 & 2004 - Won the Lady Rams - Lady Lions Big Apple Classic
  • 2004 - Finished 4th at the Timme Angsten Regatta in Chicago, the fall conference championship of the Midwest Collegiate Sailing Association (MCSA)
  • 2004 - Cited as "A Wonderful Success Story" by WINDCHECK, "The Magazine for and by Long Island Sailors"
  • 2003 - Named the #1 "Up and Coming College Sailing Program" by SAILING WORLD magazine
  • 2002 - Won the Queens Open at Kingston, Ontario, Canada
  • 2000 - Resurrected the Fordham Sailing Team after a hiatus of 27 years
In 2000, MAISA had 32 teams and Fordham was ranked 26th. Since then, the number of MAISA teams has increased to 44 and Fordham's conference ranking has improved annually as follows: 20-17-12-13-11-12-10. Our goal is to place among the top eight teams in MAISA, thereby qualifying for the ICSA National Championship competition.
