Here is a list and description of some of the on-campus spaces available for reservation:
Student Lounge
|
Located in the back of the cafeteria in Lowenstein, the space can hold up to about 75 people. The room contains lounge furniture as well as several tall tables in the back of the room.
The space also has some multi-media functions including a projector and microphones. These items must be requested ahead of time. |
| Cafeteria Atrium |
Located just off of the cafeteria in Lowenstein, the space is for events with over 100 people in attendance only.
This space is glass enclosed and ideal for evening dance events or other large scale programs.

| South Lounge |
Located in the back of the cafeteria in Lowenstein, this space has a capacity of 50 with lecture style seating.
The space is carpeted and contains equipment for running media presentations.

| McMahon Hall Lounge 109 |
Capacity of 60 with lecture style seating and less than 60 if tables are required.
The space is carpeted and is located just off of the lobby of McMahon Hall.

| McMahon Hall Lounge 205/206 |
Located on the second floor of McMahon Hall, the room is carpeted and contains a podium with computer and projector for multi-media purposes. |
| Plaza Level |
Located in the Lowenstein Building just before you enter the student cafeteria
Tables can be requested for this space accommodating student club info tabling, bake sales, etc.

| Outside Plaza |
Located outside the Plaza Level, this location is usually reserved during the spring and summer months for barbecue's and fair's |
Faculty Dining Room

This space is only available in the evening hours. Located behind the escalators on the plaza level. |
| Pope Auditorium |
Director Approval is required to reserve this space. Full capacity of 400, though other configurations are possible depending upon event requirements and numbers of participants.

| 12th Floor Lounge |
Director Approval is required to reserve this space. Capacity of 200 Lecture Style or Banquet Style (less than 200 if Food Service is requested).

| Plaza View Room |
Director Approval is required to reserve this space. Capacity of 16 at Conference Table.
