Dorothy A. Wenzel
Director of Student Leadership and Community Development

A native of Queens, New York, Dorothy became the Director of Student Leaderhsip and Community Development in February 2006. As an undergraduate student at Loyola College in Maryland, Dorothy worked as an Orientation Leader and Coordinator.  She is excited to be involved with New Student Orientation at Fordham University at Lincoln Center to welcome the new students to our Fordham family.

Daniel A. Patterson
Associate Director for Transition Year Experience

A Midwest Native, Daniel grew up in Illinois, Daniel joined the Fordham family in January of 2009. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Iowa, and Master’s Degree in Counseling and Student Personnel at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Daniel left the cold Midwest to work at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, before heading back east to work with New Student Orientation. He is excited to meet all the new Rams in the Class of 2015!

Apollonia Colacicco, FCLC '13
New Student Orientation Coordinator

A commuter from Washington Township, New Jersey, Apollonia is a senior majoring in Anthropology and Visual Arts in Photography. During her three years at Fordham, Apollonia has been involved with Fordham University Emerging Leaders as a freshman graduate and sophomore and junior Leader Team member. This winter, she participated in a Global Outreach service trip to Camden, New Jersey and this spring was on the committee for Fordham Advocates Cultural Enrichment, a weeklong series of programs held by different cultural clubs on campus to promote awareness and understanding. Additionally, this year she was also an Orientation Leader and Commuter Freshmen Mentor who welcomed new students in the fall, but also helped freshmen become acquainted to life at Fordham throughout the year. She is really looking forward to seeing the Fordham family’s fresh new faces and help them fall in love with Fordham!

Aisha Blake, fclc '13

New Student Orientation Coordinator

A resident student from Tampa, Florida, Aisha Blake is a senior majoring in Information Science. Aisha is heavily involved on campus, currently serving on the executive boards for Global Outreach, Lincoln Center Society, and the Residence Hall Association. Her passion for Fordham and its students has led her to participate in a number of committees on campus as well. Aisha is an active volunteer with New York Cares, NYC's largest volunteer organization, which has helped her feel at home in the city. She has been involved with Orientation for the last two years as an Orientation Leader and is incredibly excited to welcome in the class of 2016!

Jeffrey Cipriano, fclc '14
New Student Orientation Coordinator

Jeffrey Cipriano, a junior resident, hails from a large Italian family in Middlebury, CT. He was always one of those engaged and involved kids, dancing pre-professionally for fourteen years, earning his black belt in eighth grade, performing in plays, ballets, and musicals, attending leader ship conferences and working various jobs (including karate instructor, catering, and antiquarian bookselling) all while in high school. He continues to remain actively involved in college, currently serving as the secretary of the Residence Hall Association, being a member of the Rainbow Alliance, giving tours as a Fordham Ambassador, and all his work with NSO. He is studying Communications with a television concentration and Creative Writing, and is ecstatic at the opportunity to welcome new students into the Lincoln Center Ramily.
