**NOTE: The nomination form for the FUEL program will become active in Fall 2011**
Leadership takes many forms, and a distinct group of Rose Hill students are using their unique skills and abilities to better the Fordham and Bronx communities and emerge as leaders among their peers.
The Leadership Initiatives Committee and the Office of Student Leadership & Community Development seek your assistance in nominating these students who have who have exhibited their leadership potential for the FUEL Program. Please reflect on these students with whom you have become acquainted and nominate those you think exhibit leadership potential, whether here at Fordham or in the community at large.
Once these emerging leaders are identified, they will receive an invitation to participate in the FUEL Program during the Spring 2012 semester. This program is in existence to encourage students to realize and enhance their leadership skills. The Office of Student Leadership & Community Development coordinates this leadership program to provide participants the opportunity to:
- Develop self-confidence
- Increase self-awareness
- Improv interpersonal communication skills
- Cultivate leadership skills and strategies
- Nurture a multicultural appreciation
- Encourage students to participate more fully in campus life
Your assistance in this process is crucial to the success of the FUEL Program.
