Fordham University Rose Hill - New Student Orientation

 

Dear New Student,

 

Welcome to Fordham University, the Jesuit University of New York!  You will soon embark on a journey that will provide you with endless opportunities here on the Rose Hill campus, within New York City, and beyond.  The purpose of New Student Orientation is to make your transition into college life as smooth and enjoyable as possible.  This introduction to our University will provide a foundation for your role as a Fordham student.

 

As a student at Fordham, you have the opportunity to experience college in a truly unique environment.  You are now a member of Fordham's close-knit community, with a beautiful green campus at your feet, and the Lincoln Center campus located in the heart of New York City.  We hope that you are ready to explore and learn at Rose Hill, as well as in Manhattan.

 

Over the summer, we encourage you to prepare for your Fordham experience.  Please read the important information provided to you in your newsletter.  We also encourage you to participate in one of our Summer Orientation Programs, which help inform new students and families about the adjustment to college life.
