The 1000lb. Club is collection of driven students looking to improve their physical capabilities by perusing a challenging regimen of exercises that facilitates advances in strength, conditioning, and aesthetic appearance. Club members not only seek to improve themselves, but also provide encouragement and teach others about the proper techniques which can be used to expand one’s physical limits. It is also the 1000lb. Club’s goal to provide particular attention to the overall improvement of Fordham’s gym and to project a wave of respect for the existing equipment which will hopefully be embraced by others that use the facility as well.
