Graduate Student Housing Application Arthur 2 House 2484-2488 Arthur Avenue Bronx, NY 10458               Arthur 2 House is located at 2484-2488 Arthur Avenue. Each apartment includes five furnished single bedrooms, one and one half bathrooms, a furnished living room and dining room, as well as a full kitchen. There are 9 single gender apartments which accommodate 44 graduate students and 1 graduate resident assistant. There are five people assigned to an apartment; each has his or her own private bedroom. Due to the limited number of graduate housing spaces, only registered full-time students will be considered for housing. A graduate student pursuing a master’s degree may generally live in University Housing for no more than 2 years and doctoral students may live in University Housing for no more than 5 years. There are no on-campus accommodations available for graduate students. Arthur 2 House apartments are available for 9 months (August 30 - May 31) or a full academic year (August 30 - August 1).
