| Fordham Westchester is a three-story, 62,500-square-foot building on 32 landscaped acres with a stream and pond. The campus offers parking for 250 vehicles and access to public transportation. It is on the White Plains border, just off Interstate 287 near the Hutchinson Parkway and Route 684. The University has signed a 20-year lease with GHP Office Properties for the campus, which includes 26 newly designed classrooms with such technological features as smart boards, teleconferencing capabilities and brand new seating and learning areas.
ENROLLMENT SERVICES
Enrollment Services representatives, located on the first floor, will provide general information and assistance, distribute literature, and direct students to relevant online information and to other appropriate personnel who can further assist them with their needs. Fordham Westchester students will also continue to have walk-in, phone, and online access to all services at the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses.
DINING
Students will have access six days per week to hot and cold food and beverages at the ground level Common Ground Cafe, and everyday access to modern food and beverage vending machines. A spacious student lounge area is available for dining.
COPY AND MAIL CENTER
The Center, located on the ground level in Room G-13, will provide copying, mail, and student/faculty/staff identification card services.

The Fordham Westchester Library is located on the ground level and features a 30,000 volume library, access to the electronic databases of the University, and individual study/learning stations.
