FCRH First-Year Summer Read
FCRH and FCLC are again sharing a common read with our incoming first-year students. We are very excited about the many possibilities by Angie Thomas's The Hate U Give.
Why the summer read?
In these challenging times, we are conscious of the need to bring people together, and what better way to do so than engaging with literature. This rich text offers us the opportunity to delve into many different themes and topics such as belonging, community, justice and race.
We have invited members of the Fordham community to discuss and explore the timely issues in The Hate U Give.
All incoming students will receive an invitation to register for the virtual summer engagements.
All incoming students will receive a free copy of The Hate U Give via email invitation.
