Where are you working now?
I’m an ERS consultant at Deloitte.

Why did you choose the Gabelli School M.S.B.A. program?
Location, location, location! Also, because the business analytics program is part of the business school, you get the best of both worlds: an MS program taught in a managerial context.

What opportunities or experiences stood out for you during the program?
Attending the 2014 INFORMS Conference in Boston. A total of 21 students were nominated across the United States to be part of the professional colloquium. It was a huge learning experience.

Where are you working now?
I’m a digital analytics data analyst at J.P. Morgan.

What’s the biggest advantage you gained from the Gabelli School M.S.B.A. program?
The Gabelli School’s academic projects require you to “learn by doing” in almost every class. By doing projects, I was able to master the tools I need and learn how they can be useful in real life. In addition, collaboration among teammates taught me a lot of things that have proven valuable in my career.

What were some surprising benefits of the program?
The connection between the program and the real world. Professors managed to teach us the knowledge of business analytics as well as methods to use it outside campus.
