We offer stand-alone dental and vision plans that are not a part of the medical plan option you choose. You can choose either stand-alone dental and vision plans, or none at all, depending on your and your family’s needs.

Dental Options

Two dental options, both administered by Cigna, are available. A dental preferred provider organization (DPPO) similar to the one currently in place and a dental health maintenance organization (DHMO) plan for those who want something different are both available.

The Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) are being reviewed now and will be posted on the HR website when they have been finalized. In the interim, employees who are covered under the dental plan DHMO or the DPPO can contact Cigna at www.cigna.com or at 800-244-6224.
