Project Description: GO! Ecuador is a cultural immersion experience where students partner with Rostro de Cristo, meaning "Face of Christ," to learn about and participate in the Ecuadorian experience of Duran, Ecuador. The project focuses on "being rather than doing." Rostro de Cristo's fulltime volunteers in Ecuador guide the student retreat experience, allowing students to learn about the history and culture of Ecuador through direct interaction with affiliates of Rostro de Cristo, including community members, after-school programs, health centers, school teachers, and other Ecuadorian volunteers.
