All applicants to the 60-credit M.A. in Pastoral Clinical Mental Health Counseling must be interviewed as part of the admission process. To allow faculty ample time to complete interviews, applicants to the program should adhere to the following deadlines.

Deadline Term of Admission
July 1 Fall Semester
November 1 Spring Semester
April 1 Summer Session

Online Programs

Online Students*

If you plan to begin your studies in either the Fall semester or during the Summer sessions, we advise that you submit your application by the last week in March. If you plan to begin your studies in the Spring semester, we advise that you submit your application by the last week in October.

Your application will still be considered if you submit it after these suggested deadlines. However, because GRE students register for online Fall/Summer courses in early April and for online Spring courses in early November, your preferred courses may be full by the time you are accepted and able to register.

*This does not include the hybrid D.Min. program
