Overview

The Qualtrics Research Suite, a web-based survey tool, is a robust and professional survey system, designed for academic and business research. Easily design and implement surveys,  evaluate the results.

Get connected

Log in at fordham.qualtrics.com with your Fordham username and password. Or, log into fordham.edu > My Apps > Applications > Qualtrics.

New users

First time users must create an account. When you log in to fordham.qualtrics.com with your Fordham username and password, select “I don’t have a Qualtrics account,” and new account will be created for you. For an overview of the software, please review the Getting Started tutorials.

Returning users

If you have not logged into your Fordham Qualtrics account since the application was linked the University's single sign-on system, you'll need to create a new account that merges with your former one in order to retain your old files. Log in to fordham.qualtrics.com with your Fordham username and password and click “I already have a Qualtrics account.”  At the prompt, enter your old username and password and click “Migrate Account.”  A new account will then be created. If you do not remember your old username and password for the migration, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Qualtrics is an internet-based software that works on PCs & Macs and is supported on Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

Qualtrics accepts data from other survey services, such as Survey Monkey. The instructions here detail how to download the data as a .csv file, edit the format, and import. 

Tutorials, webinars and help documentation are available from Qualtrics as part of Qualtrics University.

Fordham’s Qualtrics license includes both email and phone support. If you have questions about how to use Qualtrics or experience technical difficulties, please contact Qualtrics directly by calling 1(800) 340-9194 (recommended) or emailing [email protected]. Help is available 24/7 via Qualtrics.
