Emma Cassidy: President, SVAF
Emma is a Navy veteran and studies International Studies at Fordham PCS. She aspires to transform the Student Veterans of America at Fordhaminto a space where Veterans and military-affiliated students feel welcome and where they can find resources and valuable contacts to assist them in their professional careers and development. She hopes to see an increase in participation by offering a variety of events that fit the needs and interests of all military-affiliated students.

Gabe is a student veteran studying economics at Fordham PCS.  He served in the Marine Corps as a Signals Intelligence Analyst/Collector.  During his time in the military, he deployed to Syria in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. He strives to better the veteran community at Fordham through his SVA work-study position. He looks forward to serving the military-connected students at Fordham.

Juvie is an Army veteran and currently pursuing a major in Organizational Leadership at the School of Professional and Continuing Studies. While in the Army, she served with the intake Batallion processing new soldiers coming into the military. Her career goal is to earn a career in Human Resources focusing on assisting transitioning service members, the veteran community, and their dependents.

Tre’Von was born in the Bronx, New York was enlisted in the United States Army. Tre’Von served as an All Source Intelligence Analyst for the 7th Special Forces Group (A) where he deployed to Afghanistan and Honduras training and supporting multiple units, agencies, and partner forces. Currently, Tre’Von resides in Westchester County and is a senior working towards a B.A. in Business as a Fordham PCS student.

Michael served as a Command and Control Battle Management Operator in the United States Air Force in Ramstein, Germany. He runs the SVAF social media platforms and handles all communications projects, which are pivotal to outreach in the Fordham veteran community. Michael is currently working towards his B.S. before obtaining his M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
