M.A. in Public Media Admissions Information/Requirements
The admissions committee takes a holistic approach to reviewing candidates and welcomes applicants from varied educational and professional backgrounds.
- Official GRE scores are required if an applicant wishes to be considered for GSAS merit-based financial aid. GREs for this program are otherwise recommended. The scores should be sent directly by the testing service to the Office of Graduate Admissions, Fordham University, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences – Code #2259.
- The successful candidate for admission should have a 3.0 GPA or better. Lower GPAs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Review of applications will begin February 10, 2020, with rolling admissions until April 6, 2020.
Accelerated Master's Program for Fordham Undergraduates
For Fall 2020, the M.A. in Public Media will be accepting accelerated admissions by current Fordham University students in their junior year. Please consult the GSAS Accelerated Master's Programs page for more information.
Merit Funding is available for highly qualified applicants. It includes a variety of packages with partial stipends, tuition scholarships, graduate assistantships, and a fellowship at WFUV.
