Programs within the Educational Leadership, Administration, and Policy Division prepare future administrators, principals, superintendents, supervisors, and other leaders in public, non-public, and faith-based school and district settings, plus in governmental and non-profit organizations.

Master's Programs

These programs prepare students for leadership responsibilities and positions such as assistant principal, department chair, principal, school building leader, supervisor, etc.

Doctoral Programs

Administration and Supervision PhD (Church and Non-Public School Leadership)

This program builds skills for educational leaders, including those who choose to incorporate spirituality, high creativity and imagination, and exceptional global thinking into their professional work.

Educational Leadership, Administration, and Policy EdD (in-person or online)

Our doctoral programs are designed to prepare transformative leaders who are equity-minded problem solvers and designers of innovative solutions, and who use scholarly inquiry to improve schools, districts and communities for all children, including those in marginalized or underserved communities.

Advanced Certificate Program

School District Leadership

Enables students to work in leadership positions in New York at the school district level.
