Dr. Marcus is a Professor in the Division of Educational Leadership and Policy at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Education.

Before joining the Fordham faculty, Dr. Marcus served as a teacher, guidance counselor, and administrator in the New York City Public School System.

Education

Dr. Marcus earned both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the City College of New York. He began his doctoral studies at Duke University and completed his degree at Yeshiva University.
