GSAS Admissions

Fordham University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) is a selective school with a population of approximately 800 students enrolled in our master's and doctoral programs.

The Admissions Process

Our Admissions Team is committed to advancing the GSAS mission, which fosters the cultivation of knowledge, wisdom, and a deeper understanding of the human condition. We prepare our students for teaching and leadership in a global society, and welcome learners from diverse religious, economic, and cultural backgrounds into full participation in a scholarly endeavor.

We consider your application to be complete and ready for review only when it includes a submitted online application and all required supplemental materials. Please consult the How to Apply and Application Deadlines pages on the GSAS website for more information on the various elements that constitute a completed application, and be sure to review the admissions requirements of your program of interest.

Application Fee

The application fee is $75. Select applicants may qualify for an application fee waiver. For more information and eligibility requirements, please visit the Tuition and Fees page.
