Who We Are

Pre-Law at Fordham at a Glance

The Pre-Law Advising Program at Fordham College at Rose Hill and Fordham College at Lincoln Center is a multi-campus office, designed to assist Fordham students with
information about applying to law school, and the legal profession. We feature individual pre-law advising as well as group meetings, assistance with selecting a major, admissions strategies for applying to law school, and information about the LSAT, the Law School Admissions Council, and other information relating to applying to law school and legal careers.

Pre-Law Advising Team

Dean Hillary Mantis, Esq oversees pre-law advising for all FCRH and FCLC students. Father Brendan Horan is also a pre-law advisor for FCRH students. The pre-law advisor for all GSB students and Fordham graduates is Professor Dennis Cappello

Pre-Law Student Organizations

There is a pre-law society club and an active mock trial team for students at both campuses. They offer pre-law related programs throughout the academic year. FCRH students may join the pre-law society by emailing here pre-law society club and FCLC students may join by emailing here. Students who are interested in mock trial may contact mocktrialrh@fordham.edu or mocktrialLC@fordham.edu respectively. Our newest pre-law club is the Fordham Undergraduate Law Review.
