Rose Hill Commuter Barbecue
During the summer, new commuter students are invited to attend a FREE summer outdoor barbecue, where they have the opportunity to meet other new students, meet campus administrators and tour the campus. This is a commuter student’s first chance to meet with their Commuter Assistant (CA) group, and start to build relationships with classmates. At the barbecue, students learn more about student activities, commuter life and New Student Orientation at Fordham.
The Commuter Barbecue for the Class of 2025 will be on August 12th, 2021 and is sponsored by Commuter Student Services, the Commuter Assistant program, the Commuting Students Association, and New Student Orientation. Registration is now available on University Tickets.
Additionally, since the Commuter Barbecue was virtual last year, we will be hosting another Barbecue this year on August 11th, 2021 for the Class of 2024. Registration can be accessed on Univeristy Tickets.
Please Note: You can register up to three (3) individuals, including the Fordham Student, as space is limited. Also, all attendees will be required to have received a COVID-19 vaccine prior to attending the commuter barbecue in person. During registration, the system will prompt you to confirm that you have received a COVID-19 vaccine. Please keep in mind that Commuter Barbecue space is limited and registration is required so that we have an accurate headcount for furniture and catering. Tickets will be required and will not be available at the entrance to the event.
