Overview: Major Changes in the Law
On July 7, 2015 Governor Cuomo signed into law Article 129-B of the New York State Education Law, commonly known as Enough is Enough. This law affects all colleges and universities state-wide, both public and private, and requires significant changes to institutions' policies and procedures for responding to and resolving reports of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.
