Comparative Corporate Governance Distinguished Lecture Series

The Comparative Corporate Governance Distinguished Lecture Series is co-sponsored by the Fordham Law Office of International and Non-JD Programs and the Corporate Law Center. The series, established in 2010, invites distinguished international scholars from Latin America, Europe and the Middle East to present current research on issues in global financial law. Attending are faculty, Visiting Scholars and Researchers (VSR), SJD candidates, LLM and JD students, and alumni. The program meets from 5 - 6:30 p.m. with a light reception immediately following. The events are open to the public.
