Rose Hill Campus
If you would like to inquire about holding your event at Fordham’s Rose Hill campus, see below for specific locations. Please note only Aramark catering is permitted at these locations.
Fordham faculty and staff should use 25Live, the University's room reservation system, to request campus facilities.
Contact Pat Byrne, x3571, Kathleen Unger, x3570 or Jean Walsh, x5118. They will confirm reservation by telephone on the day the request is made.
McGinley Campus Center, Keating 1st, Keating 3rd, Bepler Commons and Campbell Multipurpose Room
Requests should be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the requested date. Requestors will receive an email confirmation within 5 business days. The Office for Student Involvement will arrange for any audio/visual equipment needed in the McGinley Center rooms (Ballroom, Music Room, Rose Hill Commons).

For academic use only, email the Office of Academic Records in the Registrar’s Office, and they will confirm the reservation by email. Requests should include date, room size and type of room required. For non-academic use, please visit the McGinley Center's page.
Call the Coordinator of Athletic Facilities at 718-817-4261, with your request and they will confirm by telephone.
Requests must be approved by the Office of the Vice President for Facilities Management. Requests are submitted in writing to Deborah Russelli in the Vice President’s office by campus mail or email at email@example.com. Include your telephone number and email address. Requests from student groups must first be approved by the Office for Student Involvement at Rose Hill. Requests should be made at least two weeks in advance and include date and time of event, proposed activity, equipment to be used and number of people expected. All catering must be arranged through Aramark. Ms. Russelli will confirm by e-mail or telephone.
