Elina Teboul is an executive performance coach. She founded The LightUp Lab to inspire and empower people and organizations through positive psychology, mindfulness, and coaching training.
Elina began her career as a corporate lawyer practicing at Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP in the investment management group and explored in-house legal work at Credit Suisse. Elina is a frequent writer and speaker on lawyer personal and professional thriving. Elina serves on the ABA Well-Being Committee Sub-Committee for Lawyer Wellbeing Week and on the NYC Bar Association Mindfulness & Well-Being in Law Committee.
Elina is passionate about philanthropy and spent two years working for the Allan & Gill Gray Foundation as both legal counsel and philanthropic adviser.
Elina holds an M.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, Teacher’s College, a B.A. in Economics from New York University, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
