Alexander M. Wolf
Adjunct Professor of Law
Professor Wolf practices in the Litigation Group at the international law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Prof. Wolf focuses on a wide array of matters involving, among other things, government investigations and white-collar criminal defense, securities litigation, cybercrimes, national security, and appellate advocacy.
Prior to joining Sullivan & Cromwell, Prof. Wolf worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, serving on the Committee on Oversight and Reform for both the majority and minority parties. He conducted nationally-publicized investigations involving corporate and government waste, fraud and abuse, regularly briefed senior members of Congress, and drafted legislation. He also served as the lead minority staffer for the Subcommittee on Regulatory Affairs.
Prof. Wolf previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cathy Seibel in the Southern District of New York.
