Anna is a first-year doctoral student in Christianity in Antiquity. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Whitworth University, a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Master of Arts in Classics from the University of Colorado. Her research interests include gender, asceticism, and reception history, with a particular interest in virginity, prostitution, and the body as represented in late antique poetry and hagiography. She lives in New Jersey with her partner.
