Biography

Patrick is a sixth-year student in historical theology concentrating on the medieval period. His research focuses on the relationship between theology and literature in late first millennium Irish hagiographic and visionary texts. His dissertation will examine aspects of space, scripture and time in the Hiberno-Latin text, the “Voyage of Saint Brendan the Abbot."

Patrick and his wife, Susan, live in New Canaan, CT, and have three adult daughters.
