Rounding at a Hosted Regatta

Welcome to the Fordham University Sailing Team Website!

Fordham is a member of the Middle Atlantic Intercollegiate Sailing Association (MAISA), one of seven regional conferences of the Intercollegiate Sailing Association of North America (ICSA), the governing body of College Sailing in the USA.

Sixteen years ago, led by seven undergraduates, who dared to dream, Fordham returned to College Sailing after a 27-year hiatus. Their goals for the program were:

  1. To qualify for and win the ICSA Coed, Women’s, and Team Racing National Championships.
  2. To improve the sailing skills of all team members throughout the season.
  3. To have fun doing so.

If you are a prospective student, parent of a prospective student, alumnus or friend of Fordham Sailing, we hope that you enjoy this overview of our program. If you seek directions and have a GPS, input 25 City Island Avenue, Bronx, NY 10464—the address of our homeport, Morris Yacht & Beach Club. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at
