Faculty Biographies

Reggie Brady
Reggie Brady is President of Reggie Brady Marketing Solutions, a digital consultancy that focuses primarily on email marketing. She helps companies build, execute and analyze their customer acquisition and retention strategies and improve their Return on Investment. Over her career she has helped hundreds of top companies across the country achieve success in their online marketing efforts.

She is a leading authority on Internet marketing, bringing over twenty years of "hands on" marketing expertise. Her book, Cybermarketing: Your Interactive Marketing Consultant, was published by NTC and she was a contributor to Net Success: 24 Leaders in Web Commerce Show You How to Put the Web to Work for Your Business. Brady served on the Direct Marketing Association Ethic's Policy Committee, which is responsible for studying an d maintaining ethical business practices for the industry.

A respected industry leader, Brady is a frequent speaker at trade conferences, regularly presents on webinars, is contributor to various trade magazines, and has lectured on interactive direct marketing on the college and master's degree level.

Robin Colner
Robin Colner is the CEO and founder of DigiStar Media, a digital marketing and social media agency that specializes in helping businesses and professionals increase revenues using effective social media management, search engine optimization, and mobile marketing strategies. Colner teaches Marketing with Social Media at the Fordham University Graduate School of Business. She also teaches The Business and Practice of New Media and Social Media Marketing and Public Relations for Fordham's Professional Studies in New Media program. Colner is a frequent speaker and seminar instructor on the subject of how businesses drive traffic, leads, and sales using social media and mobile marketing. She has held social media training workshops for the Wharton and Columbia business schools' alumni associations and numerous companies and organizations throughout New York and Connecticut.

An MBA graduate of Wharton, Colner has more than 20 years of product development and strategic marketing experience. She has worked for leading advertising agencies and Fortune 100 corporations, including Citigroup and American Express, and has held senior account management and business development positions at McCann Erickson and Nash Direct–a spinoff from BBDO, where she managed large-scale, multi-channel, direct response campaigns.

Lisa Grant
Lisa Grant started her career in 1995, managing Microsoft servers at a small financial company in Linthicum, Md. After joining a special project team in 1996 to get the company connected to the Internet, her team learned quickly that the onslaught of hacking attacks were due to a failure to install a firewall! Grant's career in security and law was born. She went on to spend more than 15 years in various Internet security roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, VeriSign and Mindspark/IAC. Currently, Grant develops information security policy at one of the largest entertainment and media companies in the world.

Grant earned a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law, and is registered to practice law before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In 2011, she worked as senior counsel in the global privacy department at Wyndham Worldwide. Grant specializes in teaching and advising on various data security issues related to the Internet and the law.

Grant is a certified information system security professional (CISSP), and a certified information privacy professional (CIPP). She also holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the University of Hartford.

David Hoffman
David Hoffman is the Founder and CEO of Search Smart Marketing, a leading search engine marketing firm whose core operating principle is to deliver superior client service and results by effectively integrating technology, strategy and project management. Search Smart Marketing is dedicated to helping clients turn prospects into customers and drive traffic to their websites, storefronts and offices. Its clients include many leading companies located in the Westchester and Fairfield County region along with large national brands such as AutoNation, CARFAX, Bugaboo Strollers and First Capital.

Prior to forming Search Smart Marketing in 2005, David Hoffman was VP/Managing Director for Wahlstrom Interactive, whose clients included Enterprise Rent-a-Car, GE, Hilton Hotels, Nestle Waters and other category-leading brands.

David's Internet career dates back to 1995, where he was Online Director at Gannett Newspapers (White Plains, NY) leading the early web initiatives for The Journal News, Gannett's New York-metro newspaper. David regularly speaks at industry conferences such as Search Engine Strategies and AdTech as well as local business organizations including The Westchester County Association

Bill Levine
Bill Levine is Digital Media & Marketing Director for Mary Ann Liebert Publishers. Bill is responsible for strategy and operations across email, web, mobile and social channels at this leading publisher of 80+ science, technology and medical research journals including titles in 3D Printing, Big Data and Healthcare. His leadership helped to transform a print-centric company in a traditional industry into a digitally focused multimedia information services leader.

His expertise in email marketing spans from deliverability to design and segmentation to performance optimization. He has served as Vice President of Marketing at Return Path, advising clients such as Groupon, Dillards and Tommy Bahama; and as founding partner in an online E-tailer for baby boomers. In his current role at Liebert Publishers, he oversees email campaign programs to three million members and over one-hundred vendors of scientific and medical products.

Bill brings a unique perspective to email marketing discussions having built and managed digital departments in both large corporate environments as well as small-to-medium sized entrepreneurial ventures.

Eric Longo
Eric currently serves as Executive Director for MCN (Museum Computer Network), a professional development organization for technologists who advance digital transformation in the cultural sector. Eric started his career as a lawyer specializing in commercial and international business law before moving on to other roles in publishing, advertising, and media.

From 2001 to 2009, as head of digital media and business development for Antenna Audio (now Antenna International), he developed business models and secured strategic partnerships to repurpose and distribute content across emerging mobile platforms. As a consultant, he's advised clients on digital and mobile strategy, audience engagement, brand and integrated marketing. Eric holds a Masters in International Business Law from Sorbonne University. He is fluent in English and French and has taught Mobile Marketing courses at several prominent universities.

Frank Lulgjuraj
Frank Lulgjuraj's career in cybersecurity began in the late 1990s. Following his service in the United States Marine Corps, he became a checkpoint trainer and, thereafter, a security consultant for VeriSign. Lulgjuraj has extensive experience in conducting educational courses on public key infrastructure (PKI) and IPSec. He further developed his expertise in this field while employed at both VeriSign and Vigilar, where he also designed and implemented cybersecurity solutions. Lulgjuraj continued to work in various security roles, including managing the network security for subsidiaries at a major utility company. He is currently employed by a Fortune 100 company that has established itself as a leader in the deployment of solutions that address cybersecurity threats.

Lulgjuraj is a certified information systems security professional (CISSP), and a certified information security manager (CISM). He holds a BA in organizational leadership from Fordham University.

Mike Matthews
Mike Matthews is the founder and president of The Mobile Culture, a mobile and social marketing consultancy based in New York City. He works directly with Fortune 500 brands, as well as with advertising, PR and digital marketing agencies to develop and activate mobile marketing campaigns. His client roster includes Tiffany & Co., Bed Bath and Beyond, The U.S. State Department, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, IcyHot, Bullfrog, Allegra, Marriott, Karlen Williams Graybill, TogoRun and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Mike is also a contributing author on mobile trends and strategies for Forbes as well as Mashable, Huffington Post and Fox News. He is an annual speaker for events such as Social Media Week and Internet Week, and a guest lecturer at universities including Columbia and Princeton.

Previously, Mike worked as a director at Omnicom Group, guiding partnerships and digital acquisitions of Omnicom's 300+ agency portfolio. He also worked as the mobile strategy lead for MobileBehavior (now owned by Tribal DDB) where he earned several awards including Fleishman Hillard's annual "Team Player" award. Some of you may have seen Mike at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade where he has been the Twitter Clown for the past five years.

Jann Mirchandani
Jann Mirchandani is the Founder and Principal of the online marketing firm, Westchester Marketing Café. She is an award-winning website designer specializing in digital marketing strategy and implementation. Jann combines her 20-plus years of marketing experience with her technical expertise in programming and analyzing digital advertising, email marketing conversion and social media engagement to execute effective online marketing strategies for clients.

Jann is also a sought-after instructor and speaker on digital marketing for businesses and nonprofits. She has been quoted on several business radio programs including the Joe Connolly Small Business Report on WCBS radio. Jann has taught workshops on Google Analytics at the GROW conference, the Association of Development Officers and The Summit For Success hosted by the Westchester Putnam Counties’ Workforce Development Board. Jann received a BA from SUNY Buffalo.

Ruben Quinones 
Ruben Quinones is VP, Client Strategy at Path Interactive, a NYC based search engine marketing agency. As the head of client strategy, Ruben provides forward thinking leadership for the company’s media marketing processes and programs to brands including Jackson Hewitt, City MD, Stuyvesant Town, Lefrak, Heineken, Bonchon, and the WWE.  In addition, he provides clients with strategic consulting, and key project management for Paid Search, Search Engine Optimization and online marketing campaigns. Ruben has caught the attention of the online marketing community as an enthusiast, teacher and expert thought leader in the space.  

Ruben has also provided corporate training courses for employees to help them to gain an overall knowledge and understanding of how to utilize digital platforms effectively. Client trainings have included corporate teams from Penguin Publishing, Samsung, Channel One, Source Media and Oprah.com.

Eric Russo
Eric Russo is the senior manager of Media Partnerships at Beebly, Clark + Meyler, a full-service digital agency in New York City and Stamford, Connecticut. At Beebly, Clark + Meyler, Eric oversees paid social media advertising for the firm's consumer package goods and business-to-business clients which include several Energizer Holdings brands. Eric's advertising career includes management positions in search engine marketing and social media marketing at MediaCom, Publicis and Universal McCann. He has worked with numerous premier brands including TOMS Shoes, Canon Cameras, Godiva Chocolate, Allianz Financial, DIRECTV, Dell Computers, Sargento Cheese, General Mills and Verizon Wireless.

Eric graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Ithaca College.
