Sophomore Year

Through each semester of their education, Fordham students engage in awareness, preparation, and building the skills for presentation.

As sophomores, students explore the connection between their faith and their intellect, considering how their ability to see an issue from many angles will help them bring together diverse viewpoints in the workplace.

Sophomores should consider taking some of the following steps on their journey:

  • Attend the Level 2 workshop to learn about professional dress and etiquette.
  • Work with a career counselor to articulate your experience, including student leadership roles, in a resume and cover letter.
  • Prepare for a competitive interview by learning how to fill the gap between your performance and the description of your performance.
