Whereas companies seeking to conform their behavior to legal and public policy demands establish and maintain self-governance systems and create ethical codes of conduct under Compliance discipline,

Whereas companies are incentivized to conduct their business as good corporate citizens to protect the company and its officers from civil and/or criminal penalties,

FCES has been formed to promote awareness of local and global corporate compliance issues and to provide Fordham students and compliance practitioners with opportunities to expand their knowledge in the growing field of Compliance.


  • Conducting workshops for Fordham students interested in the growing field of corporate compliance
  • Organizing roundtable events and seminars with corporate compliance practitioners
  • Instituting a mentorship program between students and compliance practitioners
