In June 2020, we made a sweeping commitment to work along three paths to address structural racism in our own community and to combat racism in society more generally. Moving forward requires deep reflection on our past and thoughtful collaboration. Thanks to the hard work of our students, faculty, and administration—and the generous philanthropic support of our partners—we are making significant progress toward making our community, our profession, and our society racially just, equitable, and inclusive.
